When I got my hands on Cantus, I had no idea what to expect from The Lullaby League. However, it was clear after only few listens that The Lullaby League have set standards that their next releases won't exceed too easily. Cantus is possibly one of the best ambient songs of 2007. Maybe fans of more minimal ambient music will consider it too heavy-textured, not to mention the vocal sample, but I think it's an excellent song and an accesible one too.
